These Terms of Use govern your use of the Alectronic Solutions website and services. By accessing this site or engaging those services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Alectronic Solutions provides website design, development, hosting, SEO, and related digital services to small and medium-sized businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal.
Use of This Website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications via any site form
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without permission
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, and code) is owned by Alectronic Solutions or licensed for its use. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use that intellectual property without written consent.
Project scope and approvals
Before work begins, the written proposal identifies launch pages, features, deliverables, provider fees, backup and monitoring arrangements, and acceptance steps. You supply accurate business facts, assets, access, and one approval contact. Standard websites usually launch in 1–2 weeks after required inputs arrive. Missing inputs or approvals pause the schedule. You approve the design and completed preview before launch; revisions within scope continue through approval. New directions or expanded features are separately quoted.
Routine content updates and ordinary new pages within scope are included with realistic scheduling. Individual updates usually take 2–3 business days; larger batches are scheduled. Major redesigns, custom development, full branding, photography, email campaigns, and backlink outreach require separate agreement. A personal response within one business day is not a completion guarantee. Urgent outages take priority across plans.
Ownership and site-file handover
Your domain, business accounts, and supplied content remain yours from the start. Monthly customers qualify for the completed, approved website files after 12 completed monthly payments. An optional early buyout equals the original monthly rate multiplied by the remaining payments out of twelve. A tier change does not restart the count or change the original buyout rate. Canceling does not require payment of the remaining months unless you choose that buyout.
Annual customers qualify for completed, approved site files after their upfront payment. One-time-build customers qualify after full payment and approval. Once qualified, you will be offered the files and handover documentation proactively. Hosting can continue under an individually quoted management-only renewal, confirmed before the billing change, or you may move the site.
Reusable tools, pre-existing code, and third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses; transfer exclusions are identified in the proposal. A future rebuild has separately agreed scope and terms and does not revoke your existing site ownership. Portfolio use is subject to the written agreement, including any confidentiality requirements.
Payment and renewal
Managed monthly and annual subscription billing begins at launch, including when launch is delayed by Alectronic Solutions. Monthly service is billed in advance. Annual service is paid upfront for twelve months at the published annual total. Domain, email, and paid-tool charges are paid directly to providers unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.
A one-time-build quote includes the build and the first twelve months of the chosen management level, itemized within the total. Payment is 50% to start and 50% after approval, before launch and handover. The management year begins at launch. Before it ends, you may select an individually quoted management-only renewal or leave. Government engagements may use separate procurement milestones and payment terms in their written agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Hosting, management, and support end when service ends. Annual and one-time quotes identify the build and service allocations before you agree: delivered build work is nonrefundable, and unused management months are refundable. You retain the site files when the ownership conditions above are met. Any undelivered build work is addressed in the written proposal.

Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Alectronic Solutions does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Results from SEO and marketing services are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alectronic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alectronic Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of its services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
