Who will I actually be working with?
You work directly with the person who designs, builds, and maintains your site. Alectronic Solutions is a one-person studio in Lodi, California.
Do I need an existing website to work with you?
No. I build new websites and rebuild existing ones. Ongoing care is for sites I build; I do not take over maintenance of another developer’s site. Your domain and business accounts stay in your name.
How soon can we launch?
Most standard websites launch in 1–2 weeks after the required information, assets, access, and approvals arrive. You approve the design and then the completed preview. Revisions within the agreed scope continue through approval; a new direction or added features are quoted separately. Delays pause the schedule, and subscription billing still begins at launch.
What is included in a free website audit?
You receive an automated report by email, followed by my three priority recommendations within one business day. No call is required. Automated checks are a starting point, not a complete security assessment or accessibility compliance certification.
Which plan is right for my business?
Essentials is $149/month: A professional business website, managed for you. Growth is $299/month: Booking, lead capture, and regular improvements. Advanced is $499/month: Connected tools and more frequent improvements. If you're not sure, we can talk through your needs on a free call.
Compare plans ↗Any setup fees or surprise costs?
Managed subscriptions have no setup fee, and billing begins at launch. We agree scope and provider fees in writing. Custom development, major redesigns, full branding, photography, email campaigns, and backlink outreach are separately quoted and require your approval.
Compare plans ↗Is annual billing available?
Yes. With annual billing, Essentials works out to $124.17/month ($1490 billed yearly), Growth works out to $249.17/month ($2990 billed yearly), Advanced works out to $415.83/month ($4990 billed yearly). Compare both billing options on the pricing page.
Compare plans ↗Are hosting, SEO, and support included?
Every plan includes a managed website, hosting and SSL, launch SEO and technical upkeep, routine updates within scope, monthly reporting, and direct website support. Proactive SEO, reporting depth, integrations, and routine-request priority vary by plan. Email campaigns and backlink outreach are separately quoted. The pricing comparison shows the differences.
Compare plans ↗What happens after my site launches?
I manage the site, handle routine updates, and provide a monthly report. Hosting, SSL, and direct support are included; backup and monitoring arrangements are specified in your proposal. Expect a personal response within one business day. Urgent outages take priority across all plans.
How do I get my site updated?
Email your request. Routine content updates and ordinary new pages within the agreed scope are included, with realistic scheduling. Individual requests usually take 2–3 business days; larger batches get a shared schedule. Major redesigns and custom features are quoted separately. Advanced prioritizes routine requests, without promising same-day completion.
What do included updates cover?
Email your request. Routine content updates and ordinary new pages within the agreed scope are included, with realistic scheduling. Individual requests usually take 2–3 business days; larger batches get a shared schedule. Major redesigns and custom features are quoted separately. Advanced prioritizes routine requests, without promising same-day completion.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. We confirm the scope, new price, and timing before the billing change. After you qualify for ownership, I proactively offer the site files and documentation, plus an individually quoted management-only renewal if you want continued care. A future rebuild has its own terms and does not revoke ownership of your existing site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. There is no obligation to pay the remaining months unless you choose an early file buyout. Hosting and support end with the service. Annual and one-time quotes identify the build and service allocations in advance: delivered build work is nonrefundable, while unused management months are refundable.
What stays mine if I leave?
Your domain, accounts, and business content are always yours. Monthly customers qualify for the completed, approved site files after 12 completed payments, or may buy out early at the original monthly rate multiplied by the remaining payments. Tier changes do not restart the count or change that original buyout rate. Annual customers qualify after upfront payment and completion/approval. Reusable tools and third-party licenses retain their own terms.
Are you a certified small business or DVBE?
Yes. Alectronic Solutions is a certified California Small Business (Micro) and a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), both issued by the California Department of General Services under certification ID 2054000 and valid through September 30, 2028. The business is service-disabled veteran owned, which is the ownership status the DVBE certification establishes.
See government contracting details ↗What do the certifications do for our solicitation?
California sets a 25% small business participation goal and a 3% DVBE participation goal for state contracting, gives certified small businesses a 5% bid preference, and offers a DVBE bid incentive that scales from 1% to 5%. A business certified in both programs may support participation goals, subject to the solicitation and applicable requirements. Those are Department of General Services policy figures for reference, not a guarantee of any procurement outcome.
See government contracting details ↗How do we verify your certifications?
Search the Cal eProcure Certified Firm Search by certification ID 2054000 rather than by business name. The ID is unambiguous, and Cal eProcure has no stable link to an individual supplier profile. The verification section of the government page links straight to the search. Federal registration is active in SAM.gov under UEI EJFLWJLWTYT1 and CAGE code 25N64.
See government contracting details ↗What NAICS codes do you work under?
541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, 541430 Graphic Design Services, 541613 Marketing Consulting Services. 541511 is the primary code.
See government contracting details ↗What information do you need for vendor setup?
Business name Alectronic Solutions, sole proprietorship, located in Lodi, California, certification ID 2054000, UEI EJFLWJLWTYT1, CAGE code 25N64. SAM.gov registration is active. The taxpayer ID is deliberately not published on the site: email hello@alectronicsolutions.com and I'll send a completed W-9, which is the right channel for it.
See government contracting details ↗Can you send a capability statement?
Yes. Download the master, agency-focused, or prime-contractor capability statement from the government page. A tailored version can emphasize the requirements of a specific opportunity, using the same verified business facts. If procurement needs a different format or additional detail, email hello@alectronicsolutions.com or call or text (209) 920-7285 and I'll put it together.
See government contracting details ↗Do your monthly plans work for a public agency?
They can, and they don't have to. The published plans are a flat monthly rate with no setup fee. If your process needs a fixed-price quote, a written scope of work, or a purchase order instead of a subscription, tell me what the solicitation requires and I'll price the work in that form.
See government contracting details ↗Can you meet our accessibility requirements?
I build with WCAG-informed practices: semantic structure, keyboard-friendly interactions, readable contrast, and clear labels. That work supports accessibility, and I won't claim it guarantees ADA or WCAG conformance. If your solicitation requires a stated conformance level, a VPAT, or a third-party audit, send the language and I'll tell you plainly whether I can meet it.
See government contracting details ↗Do you work with agencies outside California?
Statewide California is the service area, and on-site available in San Joaquin County and the Sacramento region. Everything else is delivered remotely, which is how the work gets built and maintained anyway. The small business and DVBE certifications are California-issued and count toward California programs, not another state's.
