Custom Website Design

Custom responsive websites built around your customers and goals. We agree launch pages and features in writing, with copy drafted from your facts and licensed stock-image sourcing. Customer-editable CMS features are separately scoped.

Hosting & Maintenance

Managed hosting, SSL, and routine technical upkeep for websites I build. Your proposal defines backups, monitoring, and recovery arrangements. Existing third-party websites can be rebuilt before entering ongoing care.

Domain & Email

Domain and business-email setup and management, with accounts in your name. Registration, renewal, and email-provider charges are paid directly to the provider unless your written proposal includes an exception.

SEO & Keywords

Launch SEO and technical upkeep are included in every plan. Growth includes one focused proactive improvement quarterly; Advanced includes one monthly. Work may cover a service page, internal links, or listings. Rankings and traffic are not guaranteed.

Security & SSL

SSL and platform-appropriate security upkeep, with monitoring and backup arrangements defined in the proposal. Urgent outages take priority on every plan. No website can be promised uninterrupted operation or complete protection.

Email Campaigns

Email strategy, copy, design, and sending can be quoted as a separate service. Campaigns and email-platform fees are not included in the managed website subscriptions.

Accessibility-Focused Web Development

I build websites using WCAG-informed practices such as semantic structure, keyboard-friendly interactions, readable contrast, and clear labels. This work supports accessibility but does not guarantee ADA or WCAG compliance.

Logo & Branding

A scoped starter logo is included when your website needs one. Full brand identity, extensive logo exploration, brand guidelines, and original photography are quoted separately.

Backlink Building

Separately quoted outreach to relevant websites and directories. Scope, targets, and reporting are agreed before work begins; links, placements, and ranking improvements cannot be guaranteed.

Lead Generation

Clear inquiry paths and landing pages, with standard booking or lead-capture integrations in Growth. Advanced adds agreed established-tool integrations and limited automation. Custom applications and third-party fees are separate.

Website Updates

Routine content updates and ordinary new pages within the agreed scope are included. Individual requests usually take 2–3 business days; larger batches are scheduled realistically. Major redesigns, new directions, and custom features are quoted before work starts.

Monthly Reports

Every plan includes analytics access and monthly reporting. Essentials provides a brief summary; Growth adds analysis and recommendations; Advanced adds deeper review of agreed goals and integrations.

Website Audits

Receive an automated website report by email, followed by three personal priorities within one business day. No call is required. Automated checks are not a complete security review or accessibility compliance assessment.
