A useful website quote explains the build, the service after launch, and what you keep if you leave. The upfront number alone cannot tell you whether two offers cover the same work.
Start With the Scope
Write down the pages, customer actions, integrations, and content your website needs. A brochure site, a booking website, and a custom application are different projects. Agree on the work before comparing prices.
Ask each provider to separate the build from hosting, routine edits, provider fees, and optional marketing. Agencies, freelancers, and website platforms all offer different arrangements; none is automatically the cheapest or the best fit.
Alectronic Solutions Managed Plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual paid upfront | Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $149 | $1,490 | A professional business website with ongoing care |
| Growth | $299 | $2,990 | Standard booking or lead integrations and quarterly SEO improvement |
| Advanced | $499 | $4,990 | Agreed integrations, limited automation, and monthly SEO improvement |
Annual payment covers twelve months for the price of ten. The annual totals above are the amounts charged. Monthly subscriptions have no setup fee, and subscription billing starts at launch.
Every plan includes an agreed launch scope, hosting and SSL, routine updates and ordinary new pages within scope, launch SEO and technical upkeep, analytics access, and monthly reporting. The report becomes more detailed at higher tiers. Copy is drafted from your business facts, licensed stock imagery is sourced, and a starter logo can be included with an agreed scope.
Growth includes one focused proactive SEO improvement quarterly; Advanced includes one monthly. Work might improve a service page, internal links, or listings. It does not guarantee rankings or new customers.
What Is Separate?
- Domain, business-email, and paid-tool provider charges, unless the proposal states otherwise.
- Full branding, original photography, email campaigns, and backlink outreach.
- Major redesigns, custom applications, and work beyond the agreed scope.
- A customer-editable content management system when the project needs one.
Routine individual updates usually take 2–3 business days. Larger batches are scheduled realistically. A response within one business day is different from a promise to finish every request that day.
One-Time Builds
A one-time build is a custom quote. My quote includes the build and the first twelve months of the chosen management level, itemized within the total. Payment is 50% to start and 50% after approval, before launch and handover. The management year starts at launch.
Before that year ends, you can select an individually quoted management-only renewal or move the site. There is no additional first-year management charge on top of the quoted total.
Ownership Changes the Comparison
Your domain, accounts, and content stay yours from the start. Monthly customers qualify for the completed, approved site files after twelve completed payments, or can choose an early buyout at the original monthly rate multiplied by the remaining payments. Canceling with thirty days’ notice does not itself require that buyout.
Annual customers qualify after upfront payment and completion/approval. One-time customers qualify after full payment and approval. Reusable tools and third-party assets keep their license terms. Qualified customers are offered the files and documentation, with a management-only renewal available if continued care is wanted.
